KESS3 strengthens coverage for the BMW Group with new BENCH protocols for Bosch “Locked” ECUs MD1CP032, MD1CS001, MG1CS024, MG1CS049 and MG1CS201, belonging to the DDE8 and DME8 generations.
The release enables work on numerous latest-generation petrol and diesel BMW and Mini models: from premium compact cars and sedans to SUVs and high-performance models in the BMW M range.
The advantage lies in the connection method: work directly in BENCH, straight from the ECU connector, without opening the ECU. This solution reduces complexity and operational risks compared with invasive procedures, making work on protected Bosch ECUs more direct and safer.
The benefits for everyday workshop operations:
With this update, KESS3 extends its coverage of the latest Bosch electronics for BMW, giving workshops a direct and controlled working method for managing and calibrating some of the most widely used petrol and diesel powertrains.
The protocols are already available to KESS3 users with CAR BENCH/BOOT activation and an active subscription.
